If developer/agent fails to deliver his promises or buyers fails to pay the installments;We will help respective party to approach the authority by filling up a complaint form and resolve disputes related to brokerages as well.

INITIALIZATION

To start process, please fill out this APPLICATION form and we proceed with subsequent collection of project/Agent specific documents on 50 percent consulting charges.

SECURITIZATION

We provide secured cloud services for Project documents and file compression utility. Then our expert team does scrutiny of documents thoroughly and help in managing the missing documents on chargeable basis and calculate fee and penalty.

FINALIZATION

Reviewed application will be submitted for rera registration. Follow up with local rera office till final approval. Send reminder the Payment of 50 percent of our consulting charges. Provide mailbox and website for RERA Compliance.

RERA Penalties

Section 3 (1) of the RERA Act prohibits advertisements of (ongoing/future) real estate items without rera registration in the rera notified state.

MAHARASHTRA RERA

The government has notified the State Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017 covering all aspects of the real estate sector right from defining the projects to the role that should be played by the real estate agents.The rules will be applicable to all real estate projects whose building permissions are approved on or after January 1, 2017

RERA KARNATAKA

Penalty for August, September and October has been provided by the RERA Authority separately. Following are the dimensions of the penalty which will be in addition to the regular registration fees: August – 100% of the registration fees September – 200% of the registration fees October – 300% of the registration fees
